We are Africans, not Whites, and if you do not put your views across tactfully and respectably, it would create an indelible hatred between you (Kyeremanten) and Nana. Whites easily forget about such things and rally behind the winning candidate, we are not. Secondly, l agree with you on Arrthur K. He blames everything wrong with NPP on Nana as if the latter is the presidential candidate. There are other candidates, why is it that he does not attack any of them? This Kennedy guy appeared before the Delegates when he wanted to be endorsed as the Flagbearer for the 2008 Election.
I just couldn't believe my ears when he stated in his opening speech to the delegates that he "never had been a thief because he hadn't been in any government". No wonder the only VOTE he had was that of his own.
Not surprisingly enough, he also LOST the confidence of his Central Region Delegates to become a candidate for a particular constituency.
And after Nana gave him the opportunity as his Campaign Manager that wasn't successful, the best he could do was to immediately come out with a book, titled: Chasing The Elephant Back to The Bush.
It goes to show whether his heart was really within the spirit of what he had been appointed to do, if there wasn't any sinister motives behind it all.
Since then this ssssssick-inspired Doctor hasn't stopped berating our Great NPP and her Flagbearer Aspirant Nana Akufo Addo.
On Alan Kyeremateng, I had already advised that he would be better served to bow out of Politics but re-emerge when he attains Nana Akufo Addo's AGE. This is because his advisors and organisors used Nana's AGE to get him(Nana) emasculated.
When Alan failed to be persuaded to join Nana after the Congress failed to elect him as the Flag-bearer for the 2008 Elections, my late Uncle da Rocha described him as a "loose cannon".
I must say that his sudden rise to "fame" was all orchestrated by our Gentle Giant Kufour. And as far as I am concerned, he (Kufour) sent us into opposition in the 2008 elections.
I am from Cape Coast and was on the same platform with Kufour and all the big shots during the 2004 Elections-NOT excluding Alan himself.
I must say if I had been in Ghana during the 2008 Elections, there would have been NO WAY WE WOULD HAVE LOST IT!!!
The present behaviour of Alan shows that he is a PARTY DESTROYER and therefore shouldn't be entertained in the ELEPHANT FAMILY. Not until he behaves to accept defeat as enshrined in our Party Constitution.
However, I do agree with your suggestion that he should NOT be forced to withdraw from the contest as a way of enforcing our Democracy.
Alan has let most of us know that he is half Ashanti and half Fante. To this I have suggested to him to contest a Constituency in either of those two Regions as a way of testing his popularity.
He is now telling us that he is going to lead an opposition NPP in 2016. So what sort of Political enfant would say a thing like that of his own Flag-bearer or Party??
I personally don't think of one iota of any sane person being able to stomach such silly dichotomy. Please tell me if I am wrong.
YI know for sure that the Nation Wreckers NDC are solidly behind Alan to become Flag-bearer because they are dead scared of NANA AKUFO-ADDO.
In short, both Alan ( The Loose Cannon) and Arthur Kennedy (The Ssssssick-Inspired Doctor) can go and form their own break-away Party which obviously would please Ben Ephson ( The Coconut Head).
