The Takoradi Poly Students who were sacked for applying with fake certificates must be prosecuted in a court of competent jurisdiction. Just sacking them is not enough.
Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

Anywhere that humans walk, there is corruption but the antidote is "stricter and no nonsense application of law". Without that we can never do away with corruption. When Bernie Maydoff of the US came up with the Ponzie scheme and swindled investors, he was caught and as we speak, he is serving 120 years in jail while all his properties have been sold. Who can put a person like this in jail in Ghana. A clear example is Woyome. This man is being treated like a "saint" as if he is above the laws of the Ghana. Is that how to fight corruption? We are just joking.

I think the article has made me understand the root cause of corruption and think readers should take time to understand the information concept because everything in life is informational.Corruption is information.
