This is a most despicable and most childish write up I have seen for a long time.Immaturity and classless effrontery had been this writers weapon to castigate a fellow npp because that fellow supports another candidate.In his stupidity and rather poor judgement he roped in Alan Kyeremanteng just to show that there is massive discord and disunity in the npp camp.
I figure that if it is wrong to contest Akufo Addo like most of the enemies of democracy seem to be saying then the npp a party built on the finest virtue of democratic credentials had descended to the gutter and does not deserve the vote of informed Ghanaians.
Fadi Samih has shown that there is no tolerance in the npp and the tune is that no one should contest Akuffo or else it will be character assassination and smears which is directly encouraged by the Akuffo camp to destroy personalities in the party all because of the unbridled ambition of Akufo to be president at all cost even if it is through rough tactics,what a shame.

If there's a better candidate than Nana why shouldn't that person convince all and sundry of his special leadership abilities and ultimately become the flagbearer for the party? Katakyie started it all making the entire process of selecting the flagbearer look childish and silly, reducing it to a beauty contest. I've been waiting in vain to hear what stuff Alan is made of, how special he is and how he intends to dig the nation out of the hell hole we find ourselves in but what I keep hearing about is Alan's good looks. When I questioned Katakyie about it he said that's the kind of leader floating voters and others like "kaya yei" are looking for.
Though I support the NPP, I chose not to vote for Prof Adu Boahen, my distant cousin, because I didn't think at that time in 1992 he had all that it'd take to rule as divided a nation as we were. 22 years haven't made much of a difference in terms of the economy and the intense polarization along party and tribal lines so we need to put our emotions aside and vote for the best of the candidates who will bring transformational leadership to the presidency.

I realise Ghanaians are mistaking objectivity and the assertion of facts as insults because they are disagreeable. I personally fail to see any insulting word or phrase in the assertions made by Okatakyie Kwame Agyemang after scrutinizing his 100+ articles on his blog.
From last year till February this year, his articles were pro Nana and advisory. Then it turned to question why npp lost the elections before beginning with his diagnosis of Akuffo Addos electoral pedigree, commandments to delegates, give Alan a chance etc...
In Summary, Katakyie Kwame Opoku Agyemang believes, using election figures that
1. Nana lost and must apologize
2. He has wasted his opportunity and must give others the chance
3.From his depreciating votes, he can't win 2016.
4. Alan is better to attract floating voters with a plethora of his achievements and personality
5. That Nana and the npp have not examined why they lost but are blaming others and thinking of merely keeping the flagbearership position.
Now, I sincerely fail to see the insults in these assertions... Except that it may be disagreeable to you for which you can also state your facts to counter his arguments without resorting to such a language so uncharacteristic of you. Please revise this article because it is not worth your sort. I have not seen these in Katakyie Kwame Opoku Agyemang's writings.
In western democracies,people are able to tell the government and leaders in the face that they have failed and hence must resign. Nana himself brlieves in this and he is known for speaking his mind without fear.Has not such objectivity and forwardness brought them the best?
So is the NPP now accepting that they have no men except Nana Addo?
Why can't the party sit down and evaluate some of these facts brought up by Katakyie Kwame Opoku Agyemang? What if he is right and the majority is wrong?
I personally fail to understand how the party could be rigged thrice in national elections... For instance, in 2012, I followed the elections results from the media who reported from the polling stations and collation centres...and all these media's collation of the results showed that the npp had lost and were equal to the ECs own...so where is the lie that they changed figures? If figures were changed, why didn't the executives show us their own collations from the pink sheets to show that they had won?
These are questions that beg for answers...but strangely, nobody cares about these except to think of winning the flagbearership again. Unless we accept our defeat, irrespective of rigging claims and objectively analyse our loss and failures, then 2016 is lost. Moreover, didn't the npp too rig the elections as well? I was there when minors voted and others voted more than once. Rigging is part of elections as long as we are humans. Though the facts are bitter, I think we must objectively accept it and find out why we lost the elections, not precluding the flag bearer as a factor since he is not above the party.
In your previous article in response to Alan and one author called the ghost writer, you blamed Alan as the source without proof. Please keep up with your good writing n don't allow emotions to destroy your good writing skills.
