  Kofi, corruption is the root of Ghana's problems. Corruption feeds self-serving bad policies to outright stealing.

  Kofi, corruption is the root of Ghana's problems. Corruption feeds self-serving bad policies to outright stealing.
  
  The reason we keep going back to the IMF is because of the corruption of the ruling elite.
  
  So Duncan Williams and the millions of Ghanaian (part-time) Christians should direct their prayers at how to reduce corruption.
  
  With so many "powerful" pastors, preachers, diviners, self-styled prophets, archbishops, soothsayers all over the country--why is their morality not having any impact on corruption?
