I think you need magnifying glasses, perhaps, that might help you to read and understand. How on earth, do you just look at the title and draw a naive conclusion, simply because, you've not seen any Economics class titled "class one economics"? Hello? Eiiii, Ghana, it's difficult to teach dummies, ooooo, Abba! No wonder we have all these fake Economists surrounding the president who can't even calculate Ghana's GDP on the go! Or Engineers who can't even "turn a wrench" look at the thinking and understanding of even those who can read and write, how much more the illustrates? This is sad!

This is the simplest way to put it. So the problem is that we have "greedy" individuals running the government. So all the expenditure of Ghana is slated to enrich these greedy individuals in government.

So Ghana's solution lies in reducing corruption in the government sector.
