President Mahama has only one brother called Ibrahim. And the President's only brother who has bought a plane is Ibrhim. So Mr Pink-Sheet, please come again.
It is clear Wontumi defamed Ibrahim.

Mr Yawose, I am also not a lawyer but I am not totally naive in some matters of law. I am afraid your uncle might have miseducated you on this case.

Let us even assume that your uncle is right that President Mahama has man ...

Your uncle is the epitome of what is all wrong with this country, our politics and our thinking. I am not a lawyer but his argument lacks logic and plain common sense. It just encourages sedition, libel and slander.

If there were not 17 NPP thieves vying for the position of the chief thief they would have gone to the courts long ago. If Kuffour did not steal Ghana's gold and hand a large one on his own neck and called himself the "Flying ...

It is indeed laughable to fall on such a lame defence that Ibrahim in the allegation is not President Mahama's brother. So which Ibrahim was it?

It has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt that the defamation is in effect; that this dis-graceful statement did refer to the party who demanded an apology; that the defence has no such previous record; and that the defence ...

Any sane person can immediately see holes in your argument. For all you know Wontumi has evidence to support his allegations against Ibrahim of E&P so the question of which Ibrahim becomes a non-starter. Secondy, if all of Ma ...

Donating evil cocaine-built house for political HQ(NPP)does not mean he had to speak foolishly.Let the law school him. This guy and others have no socio-econo-political competence.

I thought this man said he is brave ...why is he running away on what he said

  • Yaw 9 years ago

Wontumi having said it should be bold to defend and prove it in court rather than to run away.Is he now afraid to stand up for the truth ?

The guy said the President and his brother are loading their pockets with money. Does that mean they stole the money? How is that defamatory? Useless case, if you ask me!

Just wait till this Chairman of the NPP meets Ibrahim in Court and listen to the pronouncements of the learned judge. No sane person needs your verdict because you are not fit to give one.
