Why do people frequent these institutions which are run privately or owned by a person that wants to start up a business with no financial backing. There's no where safe to put your hard earned money into a bank in ghana?

This is wrong massage the bank is sending customers.A warning that is telling Ghanaians that deposite or saving money at banks is a dangerous business or transaction.I don't want to hear this is isolated case and a one greedy bastards or one bad nut and not all banks are the same.If Banks did not do anything about this development and the masses who thinks bank is a safe place to deposite their money will think again because this horror will generate into panick people will not have faith in the banking system and out of fear and panick of loosing their money to banks will force people to redraw or stop savings their money at banks. What is banks doing to restore faith in this development saga?
