There are people who when the talk, others listen with rapt attention because of their temperate, reasoned language. Such people are Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe, Prez Ku4, Dr. Bawumia, Attorney General Gbeshie aka Mr. Ayikoi Otoo, Prof Mike Aaron Ocquaye, Yoofi, Dr. Tarzan, J.H. Mensah, Mr. Kwame Pianim, Arthur Kennedy and so on.
Politics is a game of addition and not subtraction, and therefore a little humility, humanity, moderation, respect, and service goes a long way.
The last election was lost due to unguarded utterances by among others, Kennedy Agyapong with his (kill all Ewes and Gas impulse effusions, Nana (Yen Akanfuo,) and Sir John (jumping the gun declaration of winning the polls in 2012).
The point is the Akan tagged of the NPP party is not the easiest way to win over floating voters. Besides, NPP is a national party/treasure, with all Akans as it flag-bearers since its inception in 1992.
Fact of the matter is, the party needs deep introspection, competence, delivering excellent performance, meritocracy, track record, and content of ones behavior/character must take over from this ethnocentrism type of politics prevailing now.
Dr. Amoako Tuffour and Eugene Boasiako Antwi must both tone down a bit, because otherwise, they might even turn off some potential convinced floating voters who are leaning towards the party in 2016. They have to jet their superiority complex. A planet of 7 billion people, we are just 25 million, and we make so much noise; why?
Yoofi makes an excellent communication person, also Perry, Jon Boadu, and Kwabena Agyapong. Mind you, not all of them have written thesis or dissertation, but they come across as logical, cool headed, and reasonable.
Better must come in 12 April, 2014!!!

This guy, who could have been more diligent in his research about the elections (because he had the means to) came to courts to tell us he didn't know much about what just happened in terms of everything. Yet he shortlisted an arsenal of errors, a huge percentage of which was slashed later on because NPP saw its own bank of mistakes. When the lid was blown off his antics by a certain Tsatsu, he fumbled unintelligibly (without wisdom) for words that only centered around a huge pile of untruth.
Bawumia hurt himself more than he thought he was NPP's Archimedes. He not honest. He has a beautiful face but the world doesn't work on appearances.

I DO NOT THINK BAWUMIA WILL BE ABLE TO CLEAR THAT HURDLE DURING THE PRIMARIES. HE WILL MEET STIFF OPPOSITION. THERE IS ALREADY A CLANDESTINE CLIQUE DOING GROUND WORK FOR YET TO EMERGE PREFERRED CANDIDATE. MARK MY WORDS.
