God is father to both. Andani and Abudu or Alhassan gates, you are one as the proverb says. Sons and daughters of Naa Gbewaa stand together and rebuild your kingdom. Only Mion, Karaga and Savelugu rulers can and must be made Yaa Naa.Peace. Go beyond what Naa Luro once said, yesterday was better than today, which will also be better than tomorrow.

Michael, it is good that you have written such a caring article. But what you are hearing is not the whole story...which is sad. But I do hope something good comes out of this agreement.

I don't understand you people at all making yourselves to be part of this nation like over 200 yrs ago, when actually you joined by plebiscite in 1956 not even 60 yrs now but you making too much noise like this country you joined by vote is for you.You came to meet Dagbon so you have no right to talk about a state you have no idea about their history how dare you? That greedy man who's not even Dagomba has over the years acted as the Rasputin of the Ya-Na. This man own all the plush residential lands in Tamale and how much did he pay for them? Nothing! Don't the chiefs need revenue from land sales to build toilets for their people, for example? Did this man think they could do that by taking 25% of all residential lands for himself without paying a pesewa?
The late Ya-Na didn't drink his morning koko without first calling Ibrahim Mahama for advice. The Ya-Na was evacuated to Tamale when the clashes broke out but infuriated, Ibrahim Mahama promptly sent him back only for him to be murdered. The problem with Dagbon is sheer illiteracy. The people want the killers of the Ya-Na punished on whim without knowing that the law does not work that way.
Get the greedy hypocrites like Ibrahim Mahama and his Fulani krakye sidekicks out of the way and Dagbon would know peace once again.
A university degree used to be very rare in Dagbon and the people worshipped university graduates like gods. That's what granted Ibrahim Mahama access to the Ya-Na and later the Fulani (Dagomba-wannabes) took it upon themselves to act as Dagbon spokespeople. I'm glad the true sons of Dagbon are now wising up to counter these non-Dagbon subversives who parade as friends but more bitter than bile.

Lawyer Ibrahim Mahama by his evil acts of greed has aggrieved hundreds of thousands of Dagombas whose family members lost their lives in this senseless conflict as a result of his counselling.

Even though this writer has good intentions, the said collaboration to celebrate Damba together was a still-born. Another circular is currently making rounds spelling out conditions for the Damba celebration. One of such conditions include the renovation of the old Gbewaa Palace for all to gather there for the celebration which is impossible. So the said celebration of Damba together is never going to happen.

am so happy to hear this story but unfortunately is not going to be possible, because the truth of the matter is that, the Andani Royal family are just banning the Abudus Royal family not to celebrate the Damba festival completely, thus why they are say the RSC had meeting with the two gates so i would be very grateful if the security could give a letter that will serve as an evidence to the Abudus gate that will lead them to the temporary palace not Gbewaa palace because as am speaking there is no Gbewaa palace in Yendi currently, the Gbewaa palace they are talking about is been restricted, so only the security personnel have access to it. so the Andani's should stop behaving like kids.
