Maclean,
You could have fooled me! As I read through your piece and wondering when I'd get to the meat, only to read that you're not an expert on the subject, making me to relax with the conclusion that, this was just another moral suasion from a concerned citizen with good intentions, only to see in the bottom all those qualifications you have already! You could have done better!
This one is just a lamentation of the situation, the status quo.
Perhaps, an appropriate title should simply be "Conflicts in Africa and Retardation of Devt", living out the T-Thing, etc. since you wrote next to nothing about that.
At this very moment, you can read another trass authored by a jaded element calling himself Amankwanor in which he and his co-author vituperated against and denigrated Ewes, esp. Anlos, for allegedly dominating the NDC and made certain outrageous claims and accusations against us. And you know, I am an Anlo, and not just any ordinary Anlo; and not an NDC member nor supporter, being an unrepentant pro-Nkrumaist. It was Soyinka who said that the tiger does not boast of its tigritude, it is humans who do so, so I shall leave it at that.
After all, I've started dealing with the very topic you chose and expect my next in the series very soon. It has been ready since last year. Just fine tuning it.
Anyway,
