I can't understand why Mahama will fired Vicky and not the unknown woman who started the gossip and also Rachel who is disrespecting Oye in public.

Vicky also has "assets" you can never have - the one employers in Ghana are really looking for, the one that got her a ministerial post in the first place. You, preacher man, are the one who is trapped by the past - of tithes and "charismatic" trickery, and sermons lifted from here and there. Vicky is a modern Ghana girl with clear and real goals in today's Ghana. She surely will make a million dollars one way or the other before your tithes income is anything to speak of.
And thanks to K4, Vicky has a car loan no honourable will seriously pay back, and Vicky also will get an end-of-service benefit, ex-gratia or whatever else the honourables voted for themselves that you can only dream of. Preacherman, cry your own cry oh!
