Thats what you would do in USA about residents..If business call police one time then if no cure call the business permit people to enquire that the pull there operating permit if a bar/nightclub...The Slaughter house must be refrigerated like cold storage and indoors to prevent flys or mosquitos. In usa at plants where cows,pigs,goat,chickens are process the temp is keep very cold and people must where coats as in cold storage..disease spread slows at low temps!
