Is it any wonder that Dr Raymond Atuguba asserted sometime ago that lawyers bribed judges? Further, is it any wonder that Ghana filled with narcotics under the NPP, as it lay with Ayikoi Otoo to prosecute offenders of the law? No, no. THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS. End of story.
The underclass - who live on the periphery of our society and literally on the edge of the big open gutters (into which they also defecate) at Sodom and Gomorrah - will not say such a reckless mindless thing. How desperate for power one get?
