SG has suddenly seen a loophole created by NDC and they will soon claim up to $19m from Ghana
Thanks to JUDGEMENT DEBT COMMISSION.
Mahama/NDC and their sinful agents now claim they don’t have records of payment of $19.5 million to Societe General by Ghana in 2001 with regard to sale GNPC drill ship, Discovery 511. They gleefully harp on the above to give the impression that NPP govt never paid that money after all.
The CEO of the Bank of Societe General has told Sole Commisioner that SG has no records in France of payment by Ghana.
SO ARE NDC/MAHAMA preparing the grounds for SG to make fresh $19.5m demand on Ghana?
Are we to say NDC/Mahama and SG are deliberately hiding the files in order to let it seem there was NO PAYMENT to SG IN 2001?
Do NDC mean SG has not been paid so their claim is outstanding and Ghana should again pay $19m to SG all over again?
NDC are unpatriotic just drawing circles around the taxpayer to just pay out;
Just pay out
Just pay out
Are NDC working in GHANAS interest?

Kwesi Agbenu @ Osei Agyememan of Kedjetia is a dangerous impersonator of a tribe he hates fervently and hides behind it to denigrate anything ndc.Does it make sense to him what he is imputing or just carrying mischief to another height. This breathtaking illogicality must only come from some one with warped mentality. No wonder he has chosen impersonation to advance his lunacy.

Not before globetrotting throughout his presidency to the tune of $2,000,000 , sleeping in a $1,000/day hotels…..all on the back of poor Ghanaians, (don’t ask me, check with the Auditor General)…. Not before distributing the state’s properties, including cars, lands, to himself, his cronies and ministers….
He now sleeps in a muti-million dollar mansion, guarded by multitude of solders/policemen with free life-time travelling around the globe—
all being paid by the state..
Then a multi-million dollar hotel.. a multi-million dollar supermarket !
Ask him where the hell he got all that money.
And all that bogus contracts he signed which he and his cronies detoured and collected through the present infamous “judgment debts”
Feel like vomiting!

Kofi,
While I do not wish to hold brief for the then Attorney-General, the case was not withdrawn from court. Rather, the government asked the corporation to dispense with its lawyers. Up to that point, GNPC had spent £500,000 on legal fees, there was an outstanding £8000 to pay, and the lawyers estimated that it would require another £700,000 to complete the case in the British courts.
The government had just taken over completely empty state coffers. GNPC itself was totally broke to the extent that it couldn't even pay electricity bills.
It was the non-appearance of GNPC in court that made the court rule in favour of Societe Generale, following which Societe Generale decided to go back to their pound of flesh! Should the state have gone for loans to prosecute the case? We can continue to debate that!
