Very good article Mr. Marquez. Welcome to Ghana and thanks for bringing your knowledge to help shape and further improve the NHIS and health delivery in Ghana. Health education and health information to all and sundry in ghana will sensitize ghanaians to also live well and eat well (a balanced diet) plus maintain a clean enviroment. By so doing simple diseases will decrease and the NHIS can cater for sickle cell patients, tumor/cancer patients and hiv/aids patients etc. Knowledge is power. We need a platform for those who can neither read nor write to inform and educate them on health issues in local dialects/languages in Ghana. Good day sir and may you achieve a lot during your working year/years in ghana.
