Attoh Quashie is a Ga nationalist who was detained by Dr Nkrumah when he was a member of the Ga shifimor kpee or stand fast party who later joined forces with the UP to fight the cpp.Throughout his life he supported the Ga cause and had advised Ga's who climb the political ladder.I am not therefore surprised that he has taken the battle of a Ga who he thinks is being being given a raw deal.
As he implied if the Ewes and the Akans will support their own in a similar position why not a Ga supporting a Ga but instead here is a Ga fighting a Ga.There might be some truth to Attoh Quashie's logic but what about the bigger picture.I only hope that this matter will be amicably resolved.As of now there is a lot of politics and the Gas are divided on the issue but I wonder whether Nii lantey on his own can do what the old man request of him.The matter has taken a life of its own and for the sake of the old man can something be done before he visits the other life.

What Nii Lante should remember is that his party cronies may use him to get back at Jake, but when the tables turn, they will not be there for him just as Amarteyquaye and Aryeh. All of a certain Jake is a rich man and is able to buy a Gov bungalow and you are advising a Government civil servant to leave the said bungalow for the expropriator simply because he is his tribesman.
If all Government workers will connive to buy the bungalows they live in Jake will not have met that house. Did you think about that?
