Initially I had a strong faith in Atuguba and I defended him in many occasions but after he brought such unthoughtful, incoherent and impudence judgment, I have now known why many Ghanaians call him "NDC Judge". He does NOT love Ghanaians and he does;'t have Ghana at heart. He's not a good patriot and the souls of our departed Ghanaian leaders will forever hunt him till he dies. It's too childish for a whole top judge of his calibre to dismiss the 3 clear violations and I'm saddened as why he voted against NPP on ALL the 9 cases brought before him. Couldn't he have shown a little intelligence, knowledge, proactive, dynamism, common-sense, wisdom....etc.(if any) to have at least voted just once for NPP on the 9 issues? In fact, unborn children would come one day to study this case and this case would be rediscussed over and over and Atuguba and all his NDC charlatan judges will NOT have any peace when they die and face our Lord Almighty. Truly," judges are not angels".Shame on them!

Simply because the prosecution presented the case in the worse way possible. They had facts but didn't explain it for the jury to understand.

I have drawn the line of a path maker as the referee and judging you as an NPP fanatic(you have always been) but not this time,it shows how the mind works.You can actually be left,centre or right in delivering a verdict but when you are a judge in a case like this one has to be totally neutral.
In order to get this, one needed to have selected the judges from a neutral country if the constitution allowed that so no one will be vilified after the verdict.There is no proof that the Ghana born judges have no political sympathies. ( A study of how the brain functions).
