The actions of that man is a clear testimony that should the Supreme Court verdict have gone in favor of NPP, NDC would have started a civil unrest. There is no denial about that because they are remnants of hooliganism, truancy, insolents and waywardness. When the verdict came out for the ruling party, I breathe a sigh of relieve knowing too well that there would be peace in Ghana.
The man in question, was the one who banned anyone with an Akan name from registering in the Odododiodio constituency in Accra before the last presidential election and what was his punishment? Absolutely NOTHING and what was the message then?
Right now, the fate of Mother Ghana is in the hands of people who are beyond description. They still harbor that brutish military type mentality that it is theirs or no one else. How could this man say categorically that he would never respect the ruling of the Supreme Court and some of his party members would easily jump to his defense because they all have the same mentality.
Ghana is relaxing in the sense that the ruling went in favor of NDC else, the unthinkable would have happened and we would not be sitting commenting on this article.

By this monumental indiscretion the Nana Addo's clique in the NPP has gratuitously put the nation on an almost irreversible road to a one party state.

Indeed Nii Lantey may be anything that you may describe but as far as the law is concerned ,please ,give him a break.Nii Lantey is only a tenant of the government. He was allocated a bungalow by the appropriate govt Ministry hence his reference to the Hon Minister for works and housing in the matter.The Minister concerned can move him to a new bungalow . He will move .Then what happens ? The Minister then re-allocates the bungalow to another person -maybe an ordinary civil servant. Will that poorperson be accused of disregarding the authority of the courts. Please leave Nii Lantey alone and tackle the right authority in the matter. He is innocent.
