If you bring an action against somebody and another person decides to take precaution because he foresees some harm as a result of your action, does that alone makes you a winner of your action? It will be indeed foolhardy on the part of anybody to think that free SHS could be implemented smoothly in Ghana.We started with School Feeding Program.The question today is are we able to feed all our school children? The answer is no. Why? Lack of funds.If we are to implement a free SHS program in Ghana, in the short,-run it may seemed easy but in the long-run it may end up in difficulty. It will indeed. be foolhardy on the part of anybody to think that free SHS could be enjoyed by Ghanaian school children.
