So what is your argument here. Job creation and the utilisation of abundance of natural resources must be foremost in the mind of the government no doubt.

Of course this is the Ghanaian mentality. In Ghana a doctor or a professor knows everything even though some of them cannot manage their own house affairs.

Kukrudu, that was to buttress the point that he was specialising in environmental sustainability. I bet you do not have a PhD and are just jealous of his achievement.

I am NOT a PULL HIM DOWN!!!!! (PhD) & I am NOT at all jealous. Believe me, I admire those who achieve in EDUCATION - by the way - I did my Post Grad in a REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY over 20years ago. My INPUT (into my adopted country) with my mere Masters degree is more than 10 of these New PhDs will ever give to Ghana. By the way - here in Europe, if you have a PhD, we still call you Mister!!! In Ghana, everywhere you go is Dr. this, Dr. that or Professor this or professor that - YET, THESE SO CALLED HIGHLY QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS HAVE NEVER EVER COME OUT WITH A SINGLE PROJECT OR CREATION TO HELP THE PEOPLE.
EVEN PEOPLE IN PROPER COUNTRIES LIKE IN EUROPE WHO HAVE HIGHLY QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS ARE CALLED BY THEIR NAMES THOUGH THEY MAY HAVE DOCTORATE DEGREES. I RESPECT A FARMER WHO TENDS TO THE LAND THAN THESE MICKEY MOUSE PhDs who add nothing to the country!!!

Dr. This and Dr. That and doctors all over the place. Who is to be called a doctor so that my sister will understand who to call if she is sick? The PhD or the MD. You get my point?
