As to whether the duplicated serial numbers are valid reasons to nullify some votes is up to the supreme court but assertion that party agents signed at those polling stations and therefore they are valid is neither here nor there. Polling agents on the day of voting would not know that serial numbers have been duplicated

Though it is a requirement for returning officers to sign the pink sheet as per the CI, failure to signed which was probably out of negligence rather than a protest should not result in cancellation of results. the votes of individuals as enshrined in the Constitution itself is well protected that that of the signature of the returning officer. So do you think when the SC interperates the law, they will put higher weight of the returning officers' signature than the sanctity of people's vote? Would not there be chaos if in NDC manages to infiltrate the EC and bride officers posted to stronghold of the NPP so they intentionally don't sign the pick sheets. I hope all the pink sheets from Ashanti and Eastern regions were duly signed and that posterity does not change NPP.

The deliberate violations of the EC is what being addressed here, especially the printing of up to 4 stes of pink sheets which was used to effect the cheating.
