In the mean time, I Bomfaboy, a self acclaim coacoasekruasenee, wants to ask a few questions. 1.When Afari Djan under cross-examination was ask about the pink sheets, he confidently said it fully reflected what transpired at the pooling stations. Every aspect of the pink sheet was carefully thought of to do exactly what it was suppose to do.-my paraphrase--. sure we did not need to visit the ballot box, which was easily subject to abuse and fraud after it leaves the pooling station. 2. At no point during the trial did respondents even asked if they could examine any ballot boxes. They neither pleaded in their response nor raised it during the trial. Respondents could not even file a single Pink sheet of their own safe the 17 pink sheets by the EC to deal with duplicate serial numbers and pooling station code names and numbers, which proved disastrous for Afari Djan. 3. The question of disenfranchising people does not hold. During the counting of the ballots, some ballots were rejected. Over 400000 ballots were rejected because of certain infractions that occurred. This is what the laws, regulations, and rules of the elections stipulated, and it was so. Are these people who were disenfranchised less Ghanaians than others?? If their ballots were deem to be invalid and was therefore rejected, according to the regulations, why should other regulations not take effect?? 4.The question of pooling station agents not complaining is as hollow as the lawyers themselves. Have the respondents forgotten that agents reported to their constituency chairmen, who then forwarded to NPP head office? How could the Chairman and leaders have known that there were bad things happening for them to have protested at the strong room? How could they have written to the peace council to prevail upon the chairman of EC to suspend declaration till their concerns were investigated? Why did Afari Djan refused their complaints and sarcastically told NPP leadership to go to court? In the words of Justice Atubuga, go to court, going to court is not easy!! 5. By the way, why do we have external auditors if internal auditors are there?? As Afari Djan confirmed after much pushing that pooling station Agents had no mandate except to observe and sign on to what actually happened and captured on the pink sheets. So my friend, don't let this boring address of the respondents tickle you. Taking the no verification, no signature aside, what did the respondents say about the SAME SERIAL NUMBERS, SAME POOLING STATION CODES AND SAME POOLING STATION NAMES THAT WERE DUPLICATED AND SOME TRIPLICATED? Ask yourself, a DUPLICATED PINK SHEET with different results, what should be done with it? The answer is simple, they are invalid and must be thrown away. The world watched, so did most Ghanaians, so there can be no deception. The evil that men do always catches up to them.

Info on what occurred on voting day was on the biometric machines.Unforttunately,the NPP caused those machines not to be used during the petition hearings.The NPP did not want the truth to come out.

There is no evidence whatsoever produced, being produced or to be produced now or ever to prove the said allegation. Prez Mahama truthfully won the Election 2012. The Opposition should accept this and let Ghanaians have their peace of mind to go about their work. We need to build our fragile economy. The attitude of the NPP is set to destroy further the shuttered economy they left and which is being fixed. KUDOS to the EC on good work they are doing for Ghana. KUDOS NDC!
