All I can say is bravo, if we can accomplish it through genuine implementation, and not one of those justice delayed is justice denied 90 days response to request for information which Liberia and Alata have shown the way through implementation for 7-days reply/response.

I’m being forced to “steal” – Victoria Hammah. “When there is no meat eater; the butcher doesn’t have a Job”, she quoted.

Benefits of implementing comprehensive address system:
Benefits:
· Speedy emergency services delivery such as crime fighting, profiling and ambulance services to reach emergency cases and determining the shortest routes to hospitals.
· Urban Planning and Development.
· Marketing analysis.
· Retail planning and management of territory.
· Determination of insurance premiums by insurance companies.
· Loan risk analysis and identification of customers by banks.
· Local government tax collection analysis, projections and targeting.
· Utilities planning and billing.
· Incorporation to national identification system.
· National electoral register.
· Credit profiling of citizens.

Few questions though,
Why do we still have weak institutions if we mean to get rid of corruption?
When are we going to implement comprehensive address system and unique id cards, NIA, births and deaths registration centers across board or the the four corners of the country?
How do we make deliveries at our residences or homes or correspond with someone in the absence of the above; P.O.Box? That's so antiquated in this digital age!
Where's our permanent records keeping system or National database, and the Right To information Act that can furnish one with information in less than 7 days, after request?
Why can't we separate the Attorney General from the Ministry of Justice?
Does transformation of systems, processes, procedures and strengthening of our weak institutions mean anything to us?
Who should the elected representatives answer to - the party or the electorates? Answering to the party is analogous to polygamist having fourteen wives and forty-eight children but shirking his duties of doing their home work individually or paying their college tuition, anaa?
How swift can we implement the gov'ts white paper on the revamped/reviewed constitution?
What's our definition and the difference between local, regional and national governance and the responsibilities of the office holders therein? Do they overlap and how do we fix them? Division of responsibilities and labor, remember?
Why can't we have elections across the board and let these folks/politicians come to our door steps to tell us what they are going to do for us, if we rent them the power, be it local, regional or national for a duration?
How are we supposed to rise through the ranks to the top like Prez JAK or MAHAMA without elections, track record, and building of experience across the board? But elected dictatorship as the status quo?
Is there a correlation between Democracy, Rule of Law, Stability, Transparency, and development?
Can one person such as the President be the repository of all the wisdom in the country to make over 6,000 appointments, in addition to his duties?
Is winner takes all politics as we practice in the country the panacea to all that ail us?
Can the incumbent gov't implement 12,000 megawatts power before its term is over? How about 12,000 miles of dual carriage rail-tracks from the South to the North?
Why can't we decouple the Attorney General from the Ministry of Justice and make it independent with autonomous powers?
Massa, you are welcome because I know nobody is reading or listening, or cares, anaa?
Need I talk about our over bloated/monumental wage bill due to incompetence, ghost names, and mal-management or fraudulent system?
Go figure.
