Mr. Camillus Maalnerib-Tia Sakzeesi capitalist democracy has been a ruse to lead people away from their daily problems, thus capitalist democracy and its bed fellow religion are just opium for the masses.
We witnessed how the U.S. and her allies abandoned the path to the right to vote and be voted for in Ghana in 1966 and financed a military coup for the overthrow of the CPP government led by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Whiles U.S. and her allies murdered people calling for equality in their countries they at the same time supported yellow, velvet and spring revolutions. When their citizens wake up to the call they quickly use the courts to silence them. Meanwhile they decreed that any other leader who disallow demonstrations should be charged with crime against humanity.

I knew in my gut it’s only a matter of time before the author would be attacked for calling out thieving heroes or tribesmen by some of Ghana’s semi-educated, intellectual inferior and those lacking wisdom and understanding. There is absolutely nothing wrong with democracy but the failings of so-called democratic governments of emerging market nations and under-developed nations do happen because democratic principles and their application come from understanding and cultural interpretation of concepts. What would make a thief by any measure, by any tribal standard be judged upstanding citizen in the eyes of a political party or tribal zealots? These are not people who would ever understand principled ideals. They live through tribal loyalty and are satisfied feeding off table crumbs of the political elite; they've been enslaved and proud.
