    Thanks for this Article, The Ghana Government has no vision. This is not a matter for the Police, It is for The government to stand up and take a bold decision. Kumasi the same issue.

    What is lacking is an effective and progressive Land Use Plan for Accra and its surroundings.
    Do we have Plumbing and effective Fire Codes in our towns and cities? Or for that matter general Industrial Codes for the Nation?

    only military live in barracks and even they after few years,if have wife and children move to apartments off base..Police should be living in their own homes and driving police cars parked at police hq or district offices..
