Very soon journalists and social commentators will have to seek approval from The SC jugdes before expressing their opinions. Why don't they publish a list of what Ghanaians are allowed to say, or not say?

Good write-up Dennis,
I am sure the idiots on this forum who do not understand what democracy and the rule of law is all about are going to throw their vitroil at you but don't worry. There are many others who understand the dangerous road on which Atuguba is taking Mother Ghana.
According to the Auditor-General's yearly reports, Ministers, their Chief Directors and others have have been fleecing the poor Ghanaian taxpayer of billions, for the past twenty years. Lawyers in private practice and the Attorney-General's Department have aided local and foreign crooks to defraud poor Ghanaians of bilions. Ghanaian lawyers aided Mahama, Amissah-Arthur and Kwabena Duffuor to inflate aircraft prices by 300%. Where has Atuguba been all this while, as the poor Ghanaian suffered increased transport and utility costs as a result of this thievery?
People paid with their lives to break the "Culture of Silence." Now we have one incoherent mumbling ididot of a judge trying to roll all that back. That is why patriots must stand up to be counted. Well done.

It is idiotic dummies like you that I wrote about. You do not even know that you don't know. Atuguba opened the floodgates to people like Ken Kuranchie, Sammy Awuku and Atubiga to question their integrity by allowing the criminal Tsatsu and Tony Lithur to do as they pleased in the courtroom.
But of course, people like you are not intelligent enough to realise that.
Yes, it was dummies like you were used for the electoral fraud, doing pink sheets without signing hoping that you would get away with the fraud. Unfortuntely for your kind there are "elitist" geeks who like to do things properly. It is that group that will eventually save Mother Ghana. Mark my words!

The elite like you are only interested in protecting your ill gotten wealth. When anarchy breaks, you will be the first to run off to enjoy your loot. Is it also their duty to ensure that the judgement does not result in a war?
The honourable Justice Atugubah appears to think that the duty of the panel is to save Ghana from an imminent war. How is he going to achieve that?

It's truly necessary to curtail irresponsible and sinister conundrums emanating from the airwaves as well as the electronic media. Ignoring a couple of friendly warnings in the interest of orderliness and doing just what one is warned against is just too much of disrespect and carries a weight of undermining the Court's authority.
But the question is: are we clearly witnessing a just modus operandi in ordering the "disobedient"? Second, who defines irresponsible and sinister conundrums? The Constitution or a person(or a group of persons)? If it's the latter can we trace no shade of subjectivity? Thirdly, are we sure in a bid to see a dignified sort of freedom of speech where people would place premium on respect for authority whilst speaking their minds we are copiously mindful of the inherent danger of overstepping the power to curtail? We wouldn't want to witness a dignified authoritarian society cloaked in legal garb with the potential to stiffening diverging ideas.
But let's face it; the distinguished sons and daughters of the Bench have a difficult job on their hands. I think they need our sympathy and not outright condemnation.Tough scenario, or is it not?

Dennis, remember your disastrous performance in a New York courtroom sent Hon. Mr. Amoateng to jail. Remember that you promised to defend him to prevent him from going to jail but, you woefully failed to do that.
The family members of Mr. Amoateng are anxiously waiting for YOU to come down to Ghana to enable them to retrieve the colossal amount of money you collected from to defend Mr. Amoateng. Shame unto you. You're a fluke lawyer!
