There is no justification for the election petition. Those suggestions that it will enrich our democracy is nonsense. How can you say Parliamentary elections are good but the presidential elections are not whilst it was conducted on the same day and time? Again, if there was a problem with the numbers, NPP could have asked for recounting which within their means. The court action and the demonstrations is a waste of time as the evidence supplied at the Supreme Court is nothing but statistical errors which is common in all elections around the world. Ridiculing the Presidency is a disgrace. Now your complaining about having a meeting with the referee whilst NPP knows they are just a subject matter and not the client to make such unwarranted demands. It is only and only the SC that can ask for a meeting with KPMG and only God knows what these guys are asking.

The Election Petition is very good for a great number of reasons among which, I believe, is the standard for future elections. In times past, Ghanaians just accept whatever is offered; whether good or bad, fair or unfair. But right now, Akufo Addo has literally shut the door with his attitude of no to stolen elections and tyranny of the poor. The onus now falls on the supreme Court to demonstrate her judicial prudence to Ghana and the world to render justice in the light of freedom. We are all watching whether the Supreme Court of Ghana will live up to her name.

I am not sure if you sincerely believe in the right of Ghanaians to elect who rules them. I say so because your party is in court seeking to disenfranchise over 4 million votes out of over 11 million votes so that Nana Akufo Addo could become President. Is that universal adult suffrage? Is your party not denying over 4 million Ghanaians that right? Again, I say so because it reasonably possible to verify a voter through the first stage verification machine without necessarily the second stage and at the same time prevent multiple voting.
I wonder why you always claim in your articles that Dr Afrai Gyan and President Mahama colluded to rig or steal election when in fact, I have not heard or read from the petition filed by Nana Akufo Addo et al that this claim of yours is one of the matters before Supreme Court. Are you so pissed of that Nana Akufo Addo was not declared President that you have lost your sense of reality? What a Professor?

Great response except agreeing with him that the election petition is not waste of time. The reason why most people including myself feel like this election petition is waste of time is because of what they told us before going to the court. They led us believed that the election was stolen for President Mahama but they went to the court and dropped that allegation and now sticking with technicalities to shut over 4 million voices up. Besides, the questions their lawyers asking the EC are about election reform. If that's the case why they didn't file for election reform to improve the electoral system? Other than that I like your analysis so much. Thanks

(1) STATE PROPERTY
I think Ghanaian women, NDC women, female foot soldiers and all Ghanaian men should wise up and know that given the record of Nana Konadu in her conduct in the back-door and defrauding way she acquired Nsawam Cannery, a state asset, her credibility as an honest broker of presidential politics in Ghana in 2012 has gone down the drains of Accra and therefore she should forget it. The voters will decide within the NDC and the population of Ghana as a whole, whether she can be trusted with more state assets like Ghana's oil: see below:
So it was ok to take over a " rotten place nobody wanted" (as Rawlings puts it) by DEFRAUDING GHANA:
See below Auditor- General's conclusion of investigations into how the Rawlingses took over:

This Election Petition is good, in fact the best and most beautiful "electoral battle" that has ever been "fought" in Ghana's courts, especially one solemnly seeking to annul Presidential Election results truly marred by massive thievery committed through the connivance of two corruptible bedfellows, EC and NDC.
The Supreme Court, which has deemed it necessary, fit and more than prudent, sensible and wise to hear the Petitioners' case on the grounds of its undisputed merit, substance and value, we say Kudos. And for this case to have traveled this far and still thriving is a manisfestation of the worst disappointment ever yet to be suffered by a man already declared president. It's this imminent vanquish that keeps haunting the "scared to death" NDC, spurring them on into spewing out garbage and rubbish every now and then.
Who at all is this Ms Hanson? Can't she be one of those Mahama's numerous "Sisimu De Concubines" speaking from the depths of her belly? Maybe a mental derailment or she simply lacks knowledge and wisdom. Like a curse these NDC devils cannot move away from playing blame games. If Ms Hanson doesn't know, she can't blame this shameful, embarassing never-ending abyssmal performance of her useless government on the Petitioners who have a genuine case that can't be laid to rest. Mahama's simply unqualified, a square peg, or perhaps a round pig! He doesn't deserve to president at this crucial time. It's a stolen verdict and not until it's reversed and he's kicked out we'll never have our peace of mind as a people.
If as Mahama said, he won the elections "cleanly and fairly", why can't he remain focused and fix the problems and not make prejudicial comments that tries to intimidate the judges? Today I read somewhere that he has the guts to warn his idiotic ministers to perform or be booted out, so laughable. Mahama, please you're the problem, not your ministers; they were already idiots long before you appointed them. You rather get ready to be booted out, Tamale Bull Mahama!

I suppose that is why this individual finds it difficult to to come to terms with the obvious truth,on the face of all that we have heard in court, thus far, "that the Election 2012 petition [was in fact] launched to sate the cynical interests of one person."
Because how can one and the same person accept the view "that it is the inalienable right of the Ghanaian voter to determine who governs the country",but turn around and applaud those who seek to annul the votes of more than 4.6 million persons to enable them win the seat at the presidency?
