    I understand you perfectly. Ghana is hiding the LAW to cover its inactions. The fact there was no Parliamentary approval does not mean Water.. & Co did not do any work for the state.

    There have been about 3 or 4 cases already. The latest involves a Ghanaian-American and his US partners suing both the GOG and AMA - not for any work done - but for a certain contract not being awarded to them!
