the economy is so good i wish they come and take this wonderful ndc govt to go and rule them there . whenever kwesi broni wants to tap a blackman on the back its only a sure sign that the person is key in selling out his own brothers . these fools think we cant see through their lies and deceit but we know the truth , things are going to get worse because the greed and selfishness of the ndc can not be erased . they should all go and burn for the hardship they pour on our people's head . everywhere you go some pepeni idiot is destroying all the good the Akans have created . the ayigbe shits join them to ensure only misfortune is handed to the Akans , we wait for the clarion call of freedom so we teach them a lesson . they say the economy is flying but yet no light or water , contractors doing work and not getting paid , strikes everywhere and rigging of elections denying the people a true govt of the people and by the people . they try and force down our throats their lack of morals , so perverse they even think homosexuality is good and recommended standard . in their madness they run around the world lobbying for support of their evil tyranny . integrity and honest service for the welfare of the people is no where in sight all we have is corruption from the highest office to the lowest of the lows . their days are numbered

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

- the Laws behind the general election are found in the principles of 'Organs of State' and the doctrine of 'Separation of Powers'; reason
- it is foolishness for NPP's a bit of an idiot Akyem Akufo Ado to go to Court hoping to get drunken Judges to alter the result of the general election in his favour
- it is that of a Constitution and its interpretation by the Judges, and not a Constitution and its provisions
- NPP's Akufo Ado lost; he went to Court to cover up his shame; not that he did so to avoid war; Asantes don't want to know him; and he is from a very weak tribe of Akyems who are so weak even to engage the chickens of Kwame Nkrumah Ghana

THE MENTIONED POPULACE QUEUED TO EXERCISE THEIR FRANCHISE AS ENSHRINED IN THE CONSTITUTION, THAT`S TRUE, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, THEIR EXPECTATIONS WERE THAT FAIRNESS WOULD BE EXERCISED BY THOSE MANDATED TO CONDUCT THE ELECTIONS.
IN THE SAME VEIN THE CONSTITUTION MANDATES ANY PARTY FEELING AGGRIEVED AS TO THE CONDUCT OF THE ELECTION TO SEEK REDRESS BY RESORTING TO THE DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
KAMARA, YOUR SUBMISSION HERE IS AN ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE THE MASSES IN THEIR QUEST TO HAVE A FAIR ACCOUNT OF THEIR PAIN ON THE ELECTION DAY. IT IS ALSO A MEANS TO SUPRESS FREEDOM TO SEEK REDRESS AS ENSHRINED IN THE CONSTITUTION.

A very nice piece by all standard. I just want to ally the fears of the writer that the SC is up to the task and will dicisively rule in favour of the NDC, no matter what those NPP judges like Dotse the traitors and others think.I also believe that, this diabolical and bogus case is left to travel this far for them, NPP to see their stupidity to the core, and also, for the whole world to know the true character of Akufo Addo. If this is not mischief, what else is it? Accepting the parliamnetary results and rejecting the presidential one. Selecting as a so called evidence, places won by the NDC and protecting those won by them. And they called themselves lawyers? My foot! The NPP has miscaculated and underrate the intelligence of Ghanaians for far too long. This is a plain abuse of the judicial process. Knowing very well how they packed the court with their gangs before booted out of power with disgrace, they have no other choice than to rely on this unscrupulous NPP judges to make a criminal like Akufo Addo,a president of this beautiful and peaceful country. Thank God, we are all watching and hearing proceeding. They have failed and will fail forever. This is the end of such tribal grouping called NPP.

Mr Makama, thanks for your piece. The same constitution that you refer also allows the Supreme Court to be the final arbitrator so you are wrong to say that they should not interfere. With regard to the 7 others, in fact it 6 others because there were only 8 Candidates and with Mahama and Nana Addo out it remains only 6. Now the reason why they have not challenged the results is that they would never have won the presidency even though they were cheated. The fact that they are not in court does not mean they were not cheated. Leave the court to decide please.

What a load of rubbish! We have all seen and heard the faltering Afari-Djan trying so hard to convince the world that the fraud that has been so vividly exposed by the pink shees are just "Transpositional, Clerical, or human errors", while the comical Asiedu Nketia thought they were just foreign materials.
Surely if Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineers Engineers, Architects, Doctors and Nurses, Anaesthetists, Surgeons and Dentists among others, were allowed to get away with such terrible mistakes as human errors, we would all be dead.
The EC spent so much of the taxpayer's money to generate very well orchestrated "errors" around the country and must not be allowed to get away with it.
Cocoa farmers spend years of hard labour cultivating cocoa farms, but when they send their produce to the buying centres, the buying clerks make sure the bad beans are thrown away. Some voters were turned away on voting day because they could not be verified biometrically. Others had their votes annuled because there were "foreign materials" in their ballot boxes. What is good for the goose is surely good for the gander.

The writer sought to create the impression that, the constitutional requirement of the citizenry to vote and to determine the commander in chief of the country was one's inalienable right. That is an incontestable fact.
It is for this very reason that the EC was created and mandated to undertake all the processes leading to the conduct of transparent, free, fair, without malpractices, infractions, irregularities and statutory violations of the law, elections, as provided by the law. The relevant provisions of the law which deals with this particular aspect of elections are quite evident. Not withstanding the constitutional and inalienable right of the citizenry to choose their leader, one cannot be blind to that aspect of the law, which deals with the fact that the process needs to be fair, free, and transparent and without the irregularities, infractions, omissions and statutory violations for which the petitioners are seeking redress.
It is completely out of place and absurd that, we would seek to ensure that, 1. one's constitutional right should not be trampled upon - which is not what the petitioners are trying to do in any case, and 2. the very provisions of the law, which enjoins the EC to ensure that the very processes leading to the election of the President, which is one's constitutional right should be ignored because per the writer's logic, it is inconsequential and unmeritorious.
That is a very skewed and myopic view of one's exercise of one's constitutional right without recourse to the laws governing the whole process, which the EC is mandated to ensure, is without the fanfare that has characterized this particular elections.
Ghanaians are of the view that, there's a trend that is gradually being created that, the exercise of one's constitutional right should be exercised in a complete vacuum, without the very laws underpinning it, and should that be allowed to fester, the very fundamental building blocks of our democracy, which is the rule of law, would no longer be tenable.
The matter as per the petitioners, is not to annul votes of just Mahama in the contested polling stations, but that of all the Presidential candidates, the 1st petitioner, Nana Addo inclusive.
The issue of selectivity with respect to the polling stations doesn't come in here at all.
However, Ghanaians believe and trust that, our most esteemed Justices of the supreme, would do our nation proud and adjudicate this matter fairly to ensure justice for all, lest we create a situation where the very laws underpinning any democratic society is rendered moot and inconsequential, leaving the masses at the mercy of the political dinosaurs with the reach and power to manipulate albeit consciously and subconsciously, the mechanisms and schemes to entrench themselves in power.

And is it not curious that the first excuse given by Afari Djan was that the EC hired temporary staff? Does he want to blame the malpractices on the tempory staff? Does he not know that he had the duty to ensure that the right peoples were hired for the job? what really happened that this time round teachers were not allows to officiate the elections as happened in other elections. the EC had a clandestine plan and that was to blame any mishap on temporary staff.

No doubt Kamara is addressing the 9 judges of the Supreme Court. These judges were not just handpicked from the street. In fact, they are well versed in the law. Does Kamara really think that the judges will allow such "empty and reckless and misguided" petition to travel this long? This should clearly tell Kamara that there is substance in the petitioners case. Fortunately, thanks to the live coverage of the hearing, it is clear that the petitioners have raised genuine concerns. If nothing at all, the EC has in fact admitted that the were errors, so I will tell Kamara that he can deceive himself that the petitioners have no case but at the end of the day those who matter are going to pronounce their judgement and that does not lie in the mouth of Kamara.
