Oh how I wish this was the same at the Kumasi Baba Yaara Stadium Branch. I am still so angry and disgusted that I do not want anything to do with that Bank. It took me 3 sweaty harrowing days to even get a simple stupid deposit account to be opened. In fact I shd have paid attention to another frustrated customer; poor chap, he had returned from the DRC congo as a football player and had about $30,000.00 ( 30K$) he wanted to save. He was asked to go home and come back the following day ( imagine in Kumasi ,these days). I hope he did not return. I overheard the lady teller talking about something to do with dollar account has to be in Accra etc. etc. In my case it looked like they were simply too busy to deal accept my cash. I still do not believe I had wasted 3 days. Then a week later someone kept calling about Customer Service.. what a bunch of self-important losers! SO NO TO FIDELITY AT LEAST THE STADIUM BRIANCH
