The witness is not the Electoral Commissioner. His points of view, definitions and statements do not constitute electoral laws. He is not asking for votes to be annulled. The cross examination failed to expose any collusion between the respondents to rig the elections. The issue is whether those violations especially duplicated serial numbers which number 9000 pink sheets, are such preposterous violations as to over ride the constitutional right to vote.
On the tape he is heard clearly saying "no verification" and not "no biometric verification". Counsel shot himself in the foot on this tape. Addision was careful to say the "RULE" of no biometric verification because he knows very well that the constitutional instrument does not expressly say so.
His cross examination on unsigned pink sheets did not negate the letter that Dr Bawumia was forced to read, which said the lack of a signature did not invalidate the results so declared at the polling station.
And worse of all the letter from Akuffo Addo which he declares all other matters apart from the vote cast as inconsequential still remains to explained otherwise.

Are you saying that these violations did not occur in the strong holds of the NPP i. e. the Ashanti and Eastern regions? Why did the petitioners adduce their evidence from the NDC strong hold only? Please be objective.

Your argument does not hold, water, infact you have no case just like the petition, you are just being patriotic to your party and trust me it does not move anyone. Comeon wake up and smell the coffee, your case is crumbled.
