I am equally surprised that the Court has so far not seen it fit to order for the documents in the possession of the EC to be produced. for examination by all. The order for the audit would then have covered all issues and saved us all time. After all,it is the EC hich must give account and not these beneficiaries ho are fighting to keep their illegal spoils from the thievery that went on. Otherwise why ould Tony Lithur and Tsatsu Tsikata be fighting much harder than the counsel for the EC? Food for thought!!

I don't doubt the guys classroom prowess in teaching law courses but he is a poor excuse as a courtroom Lawyer. He gets upsets when Dr. Bawumiah starts making statements but Tsatsu should realise that, a good Defence lawyer should ask compact questions instead of the open ended questions he has been asking Dr, Bawumiah. I even get astonished when hhe solicits Bawumiah's opinion. What kind of a lawyer will even ask questions he doesn't have a clue what the answer is going to be and Tsatsu has been stunned many times by Dr. Bawumiah answers and when he makes those mistakes, he abandons his questioning and picks up his solace of questioning; PINK SHEETS. HE IS REALLY SORRY.

All the own goals he has been scoring have been geared towards the annulment of the WHOLE election, hoping that with the benefit of incumbency, Mahama will be able to sail through a re-run. He also knows that with "Dum so", the massive coruption and hardships that Ghanaians are facing at the moment, Mahama is most unlikely to win a re-run. However, that is still better than an ignominous impeachment or simply being kicked out of office.
Mahama is in a hopeless situation - between a rock and a hard place. Personally, my only interest now is to see the idiot Afari-Gyan go to jail for his arrogance and stupidity. Mahama's presidency is history.
