    The future of any nation is in its youth and every encouragement and support must be given to the younger generation to facilitate a smooth transition from the older to the younger generation.

    Kobina, I am by no means suggesting we disregard the older generation. The point I am trying to make is that the younger generation should be led in the right direction by the right people within the older generation.
