Ade,

As someone who supports his bid for the Ga throne, despite the fact that, all things being equal - the traditional principle being "the knee does not wear the cap (crown) when the head is there" - inheritance to the throne is patrilineal among the Gas, and so despite all his sterling qualities, he is NOT QUALIFIED to become Ga Mantse, I am not surprised you are oozing lyrically about this impostor who brought much discord into the Ga state! It comes from the failure of some people like you to appreciate the fine niceties of African consociational systems which allow for resolution of even seemingly irreconciliable issues. So for a female descent like Dr Blankson to be allowed to be Ga Mantse, total agreement should have been secured from ALL parties! That way, even slave descents had become kings in Africa, by popular consent, not to mention those who did so through force! But if you chose to get the help of unconscionable politician friends, with transitory hold on power, to force your enstoolment through, then you must be ready to face the consequences too!
He lost the power struggle to the superior forces arraigned against him, as he was chased out of the Ga Mantse palace to go and die quietly in shame. That's the fate impostors deserve! With an impostor, Patrick Agboba, in my own house causing confusion, I refuse to close my eyes to another one in order not to hurt the sensibilities of some people!
Achievements? Man! Which achievements under the short political interregnum he has caused?
BTW, I wonder if you were able to open the sketch in which Dr Blankson's grandfather and my own great, great grandfather appeared in 1874 at the signing of the Peace Treaty at Dzelukope after the Glover War. Hmm! His grandpa was certainly on the side of the colonisers! Had those new British gun boat steamers not managed to enter the Volta and bombarded our towns, hitherto out of reach to them, that war too would have been another stalemate.
