    Dadzie was assuming criminals don't operate on public holidays in Ghana. Thank God, crimes don't occur on public holidays in Ghana. Another sign of a failed state.

    Ewe Konadu, the constitution, does not give any remedies to criminals on public holidays. We have been arresting people all the time during hoilidays.
