    What the Govt can do is the following

    ...Building infrastructure such as roads, railways, bridges so that goods can be transported.

    ending corruption

    helping Ghanian businesses, enterprises in aquiring skills.

    EVEN IN WESTERN NATIONS. THE ONUS OF EMPLOYMET IS TACKLED BY THE GOVT THRU YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS, APPRENTICE PROGRAMS ETC. THE PRIVATE SECTOR WILL OCCUR REGARDLESS.
