ONCE SOMEONE TAKES POWER, EVEN IF THE ALLEGATION AGAINST HIM IS TRUE, IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, TO UNSEAT HIM IN A COUNTRY LIKE GHANA.
