You are in contempt. Don't you know theyare "lords" and you are here calling for accountability? There is nothing called accountability in that shit hole you call Ghana.
Let me ask you: what are you going to do if they even sit fir 1 hour everyday and don't sit on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays? You can't do foko because in Ghana, the Super class including the President, Akufo Addo, the justices Etc are treated differently because they are "lords".
If you don't understand this simple fact, then you are a big fool and you better go back to your village because you have not learned anything good in Accra.
You call somebody "lord" in this modern age and expect him to behave like a slave? Are you a fool or what? You are not using your big head.

The bad attitude would be acceptable until the day we stop accepting it.They are lazy and a bad example. Any wonder the entire nation is in such a mess?

My brother, you are very, very right! Our learned Justices should set the example!
They should sit up!
They should follow the tenets of the Constitution.
We are in Court today, hearing the outcome of the petition, because we want to adhere to the Constitution and if those who are expected to interpret the Constitution, are themselves not obeying or following the instructions or directives by the Constitution, then,
Where do we go from here, My Learned, Supreme Court Judges?. I ask.
The Constitution states, and I repeat your quote:
.....“THE COURT SHALL SIT FROM DAY TO DAY INCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS”.
What is happening now! What are we experiencing?
5 days a week, 6 hrs a day?
"...Justice delay is Justice denied "
and
"..The price of Freedom is Eternal Vigilance.."

You are all right. I don't understand why we are not holding our leaders responsible for their laziness and corrupt practices. All we do everyday is to allow them to hide behind our political parties to misbehave. Meanwhile, they and their families and cronies continue to enjoy all the good things that society producess.
What laziness of our Supreme Court justices is a sad reflection on our society as a whole. And they keep telling us to tighten our belts.
We are doomed with this kind of wicked and devious leaders.

I do not know your profession, but note that there is a lot of preparatory work that the Justices do which consume a lot of their time outside court sittings and demand more than 8 hours of work a day.
It is like thinking that when the Bank closes at 2:00pm the bank staff lock up at the same time and go home to sleep.
