Now when he realized Bawumia has seen through his infantile trap, he decided to go bonkers, for he had not prepared for plan B if plan A did not work; he decided to take Bawumia through the arduous task of reading every one of the so-called duplicates one by one with one sole objective, to wear Bawumia down and hope he will slip, remembering that man had in less than one month sustained near-fetal accident. Tony Lithur had hoped that accident would have had such an impact it would have affected the memory of Dr. Bawumia, a master statistician.
The SC judges have shown by their order that they were not impressed by that line of questioning and tactics that was designed to waste everybody's time.
Let's see what that loud mouth sikadicious Ato Dadzie will bring. He is nothing more that hot air blowing empty shell. Look at the people he defends: ugly Betty Mould-Iddrisu and Barton-Oduro. That sounds like a mafia-lawyer to me.

Unless one is an idiot or fool soldier, the foolish conduct of Lithur for deliberately wasting everybody's time for repeating same question for about five hours clearly proves my point that the respondents have no defense. Any serious and critical thinker could adduce from the poor show of Tony Lithur that the respondents are not in court for any serious business but to delay proceedings. Anyways, much as I applaud the justices for exposing Lithur of his lunacy, i blame them for some two major errors which could unnecessarily prolong proceedings: I believe it was not necessary for allowing the NDC to join the suit since their position and that of the first respondent( who, incidentally, is a card bearing member of the NDC) would be similar in every conceivable way. The presence of the NDC in court would just be a drag of proceedings. In this modern day of much advanced technological innovations, the old school justices erred for not appreciating the power of the computer and similarly overruled the petitioners application to use computer power point graphic presentation of his case. That could have gone a long way to save the day from the crap of the STEALERS lawyer.

Are you aware President Mahama has assigned his interest to Asiedu Nketiah to represent him on the Witness stand, the same Asiedu Nketiah who is going to represent the NDC on the Witness stand. I will pay a pretty penny to see Asiedu Nketiah being cross-examined by Mr Addison or Gloriah Akuffo.
As a matter of fact, as somebody going to be a witness in this case, if this was to be in USA, he would not have been allowed to be in the courtroom until he is called to the stand let alone to be holding press conferences everyday after court is closed.

A good Lawyer is the one that tackles plan B when the A had failed. He must also initially make a very sound "mock hearing" far before the actual one.
One doesn't have to be a Rocket Scientist to know that both Dr. Bawumia and Jake Obetsebi Lamptey's car accident recently were initiated by the NDC THUGS with instructions from "ABOVE".
This Lawyer Ato Dadzie, whom I personally know very well is nothing more than a Comedian Lawyer who may be perfect for childrens' T/V Programs.

Atuguba name is used here because he is the President of the panel hearing the petition. The decision to stop Lithur from that foolishness was taken by all the nine Judges and more likely was voted with majority decision. Judge Atuguba might have even voted against this decision but as long as the majority decided to adopt this decision, he has no other option but to accede to it.

Having said that, make no mistake Supreme Judges always have their enviable reputation to guard and protect aside the interest of the nation. Their ruling is not and never premised on the legal precedence elsewhere but on the merit of a case before them. So emancipate yourself of this 'traditiona' error! Just wait and see as the proceedings roll on!

Do you know why anytime they have to rule on an objection they take a recess? They the nine Judges go into chambers and deliberate on the issue and take a vote as how it is going to rule. Do you see a trend forming here? They have deliberated on two objections and Ndc has lost both two and now this letter from them telling the MAHAMA lawyer to move on and you think he has achieved his aim? Why am I surprised? You are an Ndc supporter so this kind of analysis should be expected.

That is going to be hard to do to with this case, as I can see an appeal coming up by whoever did not win the case. And every election in the future may end up in court. There is no country that is practising democracy this way except in Ghana. The legality may destroy the good intention if any that this case is seeking. Too early to give credit to any side as the case is still at it infancy stage. Credit will come when the case is completed and we see a good result.

What the SC did is exactly what any court will do, introduce those evidence in as exhibits and explain their impact on the case.
Ndc should be worried for losing two objections and then being asked to stop wasting the court time. The two objections were voted in the Judges chambers and the letter this weekend was the result of the Judges group decision. Can you see the trend forming here? Lithur needs to consult a statistician before he faces Bawumia on Monday else he is going to have an unproductive day in Court. If it is true that the Respondent failed to file any pink sheets besides the self serving affidavits, how do they expect to successfully challenge petitioners statistical analysis? The only chance they have is if the data used for the calculations is unreliable. I wish them luck.
