    These doctors went to medical schools not to come out as doctors to save lives as expected but they went there to come out as money-oriented doctors. As result, it is very difficult to convince them with soft words.

    CAN YOU SURVIVE WITHOUT YOUR SALARY FOR A MONTH? THESE DOCTORS HAVE RESPONSIBILITIES i.e. family, children to look after just like YOU. Reason before you speak or write. Dont speak before reasoning.

    Government should decentralise health administration in the country. Each Hospital Trust should negotiate pay conditions with doctors based on the budget allocated to them by Government.
