I do not believed tribalism is totally responsible for Kpegas actions.
From my observation i think first Kpega's action is as a result of what the NPP govt supposedly did to him by passing him over for chief justice when he thought it was his turn
Secondly suing Nana at this stage is a political strategy to take Nana's attention away from the court case challenging the elction result. This I believed involves the entire NDC machinery.
We need to steer away from too much tribalim. Have you seen how all the MP's from both camps are now teaming when it involves money?

In a formal opinion, the Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (July 15, 1996), defined the term "a junior non-partner lawyer, regularly employed by the firm". In other words, an associate counsel is a junior lawyer of a firm who is not a partner.
Typically, newly qualified lawyers working law firms would start as associate counsels, move up to senior counsel before becoming partners. For someone with a PhD, Bokor couldn't even try to research the meaning of "associate counsel" before writing this gibberish that he has once more attributed to his own imagined sources. Or was he so blinded by hatred (tribal or partisan) that he couldn't bother about his own integrity as an academic?

It was and still common for well qualified Black Africans to be employed in lower ranks in the west because of racial discrimination and that could have happened to Nana Akufo Addo, if he held a position lower than his qualifications at the time.
Again, Dr Bokor could be naive because I have come across administrators who are solicitors and barristers in both global law and non law firms. Therefore, the fact that Nana Akufo Addo was reported to have held an administrative or non legal position as a qualified lawyer could not be an indication that he did not work there. Sometimes, some administrative duties in certain organisations could be technical and legal that, a qualified lawyer may be the most suited for the role.
I do agree that there may be some missing link as far as Nana Akufo Addo's CV is concerned and we should ask questions but do not want such questions to be baseless.

Below were some of the things he was challenged with.

A careful reading of your arguments and indictments by a very reasonable and logically trained mind will observe and poke a lot of holes in your case. Justice Kpegah has sued Akuffo-Addo for impersonation. Every right -thinking Ghanaian knows this is only a tip of the iceberg because a very respectable and knowledgeable and voluntarily -retired Supreme Court Judge wouldn't sue Akuffo-Addo of all people if he wasn't sure of his evidence. We deem it very serious. In fact the majority of Ghanaians are now wondering whether in furtherance of this aim, Akuffo-Addo and some of his family members and close friends didn't commit other heinous crimes including murder or whether they haven't committed any crime and gotten away with it.
I must say Akuffo-Addo's becoming a lawyer through less-than-honorable means has been making the rounds for as long as I can remember. The names of Sam Okudzeto and BJ da Rocha both bigwigs in the erstwhile Progress Party, came out as the facilitators. The first time I heard it was the day his concubine Ursula Owusu was called to the bar and I happened to be there because a family member was also being called to the bar. Akuffo-Addo attended the function no doubt, to lend moral support to Ursula. After the function he tried to socialize with the "young ones." At least the group I was with made comments to that effect when they saw him approaching them and after he had left them. At one point, when he was out of earshot, some of Ursula's mates asked why she wouldn't leave a married Akuffo-Addo for a single man where she stood a better chance of getting married. Her response? "Se okohye na de noa, otumi di me yie. " Literally meaning, "When he 'burns his thing,' he can really fuck me." We Akans use this language in reference to the smoking of marijuana. In another incident in either 1970 or thereabouts when his father was the President, Akuffo-Addo was arrested by the Nigerian authorities for possessing indian hemp while on a Legon students trip to that country. This story was even published in the then *Sunday Mirror.* He can't claim he hasn't even touched any "drug" before. In fact all members of the NPP who matter, know Akuffo-Addo is a heavy marijuana user. What I personally don't know is whether he has graduated to the more "heavier" stuff.
If Nana Konadu Rawlings is credited with publicly sounding the alarm that Akuffo-Addo isn't a "qualified" lawyer, she must know what she was talking about. Her father, the late JOT Agyeman, moved in the same circles with Akuffo-Addo's late father. Probably Konadu Rawlings eavesdropped on some conversations. Hence her allegation.
I don't support any of the political parties nor their parliamentarians because they're the least patriotic, least educated, least sensitive to the plight of Ghanaians, least creative for developing the country but more creative in pillaging the country 's resources and wrecking people 's marriages. In fact, if I had my own way, they would be gone tomorrow.
Justice Kpegah has however raised a very serious issue about the professional qualification and the integrity of an aspiring President. If Akuffo-Addo the defendant doesn't produce the evidence to give the lie to the plaintiff's assertion and hides behind legal technicalities to win this case, he is finished as a politician, he is finished as a professional. . . .. Ghanaians know better.

Instead, they have taken the pen that is mightier than the sword to propagate falsehood to hoodwink and insult the intelligence of the Ghanaian.
This falsehood does not need the debate , nor the wait you request. It's a lazy man path, to waste resources in terms of court cost to the Ghanaian tax payer. It's also a cost to lost labor for people wasting valuable time of putting something negative into the Ghanaian economy. People waste time reading and listening to this, instead of putting their energies to work.

For years, these slaves had no political rights, In fact they had no rights of any sort, because the law considered them as 'property' of their owners. Not human beings.
As a result of years of hard and bitter campaign, the slaves were set free. Freedom did not mean political rights. Through intensive and often risky campaign, the descendants of these slaves gradually won political freedoms.
One of the leaders was a man called Martin Luther King, who was assassinated for daring to campaign for the 'civil rights' of the black people.
Just imagine, wonders of wonders, in 2008 a descendant of these slaves, a negro, a black man, wanted to be THE PRESIDENT of America. What impudence!!!. Well it must be a joke. This can not be allowed to happen. He must be disqualified. But how? Obama did not emerge from thin air. He went to school, college, became a law teacher, a Senator, and so on.

So, how can he be disqualified?
Simple. Mr Obama does not qualify to be the President of America, because he is not a 'Natural born American citizen.

However, Nana's silence over this issue is of concern, particularly as he is such a key political leader. Politics is public affairs and you cannot be silent in such matters and only secretly send your evidence to court. As a political leader you need to make your personal affairs public in such instances.
It is possible that if he had gone public with evidence of his qualifications, then the Pllaintiff could have lost intrest in the matter and it will have had no much value as it does now.
I advise that Nana changes his attitude to such matters. After all this is the time that we can probe into his affairs and he should not be waiting for people to pull him to court before he explains issues to his potetial voters. He must know that if we must always go and meet him in court to explain issues at this time that he is not yet a president, then how can we get him to account when he becomes president because as president we will be barred from taking him to court to explain such simple matters
