    It is exceedingly clear that the civil servants are more corrupt than the ministers,specially directors and chief directors across the board. The government should tackle them as well.

    I do not think Ganaians are sensitive enough to understand your point. They raised the issue over politican challenges. Their narrow mind will not allow them to think broader.

    IF YOU ARE A MINISTER YOU HAVE TO SACK NON-PERFORMING CIVIL SERVANTS.IT THE REASON WHY YPU ARE APPOINTED TO THE POST.
    IF A MINISTER DOES NOY PERFORM, THE PRESIDENT HAS TO SACK HIM

    The system "Ghana" has broken down ALMOST COMPLETELY !! An overhaul or BEST DESCRIBED in the language we Cherish.......RE-HABILITATION....is sorely needed!! The president should be bold enough to SACK if necessary!!!
