There's a man who has fifty inch long penis. But he can't get any sex, because every woman who sees it faints at the sight. So he goes to the doctor and begs him to shorten it. But the doctor refuses - he can't shorten a perfectly good penis, he tells the man, but he does happen to know a witch who lives in the forest. She might be able to help.
Because he's so desperate he decides he'll go and see her, though of course he thinks it's all a bit odd. But he sets off into the forest and sure enough finds the witch sitting in front of her cottage casting spells. "Witch," he says, "please help me, I have a fifty inch long penis and no one will have sex with me!"
She takes one look at his massive cock and then says, "You do need my help. But you must go into the forest and find the magic frog who lives in the pond. Ask him to marry you, and each time he refuses, your penis will shrink by ten inches!"
Weird though this is, the man is desperate, so off he goes into the forest. And, sure enough, he finds the magic frog singing quietly to itself. "Froggy," he shouts, "please marry me!" The frog looks up, annoyed. "No!" he croaks, "I can't do that, seeing as how I'm a frog and you're a man." The guy looks down - sure enough, his penis has shrunk by ten inches! It's still a bit long for sex, he thinks, at forty inches, but he's delighted, so he shouts back at the frog: "Oh, go on, please marry me!"
"No - I told you once!" the frog croaks, "I can't do that!" The man looks down - sure enough, his penis has shrunk by ten inches again! It's now only thirty inches long! The guy thinks this is wonderful but, still, another ten inches off would be perfect!
"Frog," he roars across the pond, "please marry me!" The frog looks extremely annoyed, shakes his head and shouts, "No ..........NO.....AND FOR THE LAST TIME.........NO!"
The women who were fainting are the NDC supporters whose petition were dismissed. The man with the big dick is the NPP man who went to try and marry the frog and soon he will loose everything.

Serwaah, assuming you are right that NPP turned their petition into whatever you call, do you think that it is right for NDC to also respond with "an eye for an eye"? What is wrong is wrong and the NDC as a party was wrong in allowing their members or supporters to bring the application. Some NDC lawyers are just incompetent or do not understand the law. What they did was disgraceful. If they really believed that those people from the polling stations whose results are being challenged could be helpful in the case, then why not call them as witnesses instead?

The Supreme Court voted to dismiss the joinder applications because allowing the applied for joinders would have done nothing but cause the major petition of Nana Akufo-Addo et al to be slowed in its advancement and it would have opened the door for anyone who had voted to join the proceedings to the point where nearly nothing could have been accomplished toword settling the issues brought forward in the petition.

I want to disagree with Akilu on the grounds that it is indeed heart breaking and inhuman for some disgruntled people having failed to win an election decide to seek to annual the results of some polling stations where their party did not perform well or win. This is the crust of the matter. So even though the first, second and the third respondents may serve the interest of those polling stations or centers they who cast their vote became so much concern. Secondly the assertion by Mr Akilu that it was because the NDC did not win the election and that is why they organized those rejoinders can not be true. I want to inform and let Mr Akilu know that the NDC won the election hands down. For his knowledge, both the local and foreign observers and monitors were all over the polling centers and also under the clear view of the media. All the media outlets including Adom TV, Metro TV and the private radio stations owned by the NPP covered the elections and reported live to the citizens and their final provisional results were not different from what the Electoral Commission announced. The NPP became dazed as a result of the propaganda they spewed before and during the election and to appeased their supporters went out to create what has become this court issue after they schemed to force the electoral commission to delay the results. Why has Kwabena Agyepong kept mute ever since Dr. Afari Djan Announced the results. He was at the strong room of the electoral commission and saw and certified all the result that came from all the regional collating centers and for that matter knew the NPP lost the elections. I challenge him to come out and deny this fact.

In the same way it is heart breaking and inhumane to compete in an election and see your opponet use underhand tactics to win the election and turn round to tell you you are dazed or a sore loser. So everyone has a case. Thankfully those with the griveance have done the civilised thing by going to court with their evidence. Kwabena Agyepong has kept mute because it will be silly for him to muddy the waters any further than it is at the moment.
So far as you are concerned the election was free and fair. So far as another group is concerned, there were irregularities that affected the result. That is what the SC is there for. All they are doing is to seek clarification. Any sane person or reasonable person who believes they have won something legitimately will not be botherd with the NPP case.
You should rather want this case dealt with quickly so you can enjoy your victory. Why would you want to do anything that will drag the case and delay NDC celebrating their resounding victory?? Do you have something to hide or is it that you don't trust the SC? Just relax and enjoy the court proceedings after all you believe you won the elections fairly, therefore all the evidence gatherd by the NPP is useless, right? You are nobody to challenge Kwabena Agyepong to do anything. The case is in court and being a sensible and matured individual, he will not say anything for or against.
It is the lack of understanding and intelligence of some NDC members that nearly turned this court issue into a farce. The law does not work on emotions but on facts. Even the lawyers who adviced those 327 or so NDC members has really done them a disservice. I hope he did not collect any money from them. He knew very well the SC will not allow them to join the case but encouraged the footsoilders who know no better to go ahead. Keep your cool. If NDC won fairly, you shall be crowned the victors, if not, then the SC will determine the next course of action. This case will hopefully be a warning to future candidates and elections that if you rig elections, your victory can be overturned, if you win legitimately, the court will back you fully.
