Are the Supreme Court Judges Hearing, Reading & Watching

how Electoral Fraud Proofs are…..?

Surely, the Supreme Court judges empanelled to adjudge the case filed against the Electoral Commissioner, Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, and now President Mahama who has thick Cumulonimbus clouds hovering over his head, are all ears listening to the unfolding news. The news that some Electoral Commission officers in Savelugu in the Northern region are tampering with evidence, trying to raise people to endorse the unsigned "pink sheets", part-evidence of there being a large scale of irregularities and fraud in election 2012.

The judges are hopefully reading about the developments in both the print and the electronic media with the possible concomitant selective justice to set the culprits free. However the turn of events, someone has tried but in vain, to obliterate some incriminating evidence. Could this not be a possibility silently taking place in many electoral areas throughout the country but quite unaware to the petitioners, their supporters and all discerning Ghanaians?

The Supreme Court judges may or may not, factor in circumstantial evidence of guilt on the part of the defendants (Dr. Afari-Gyan, President Mahama and the NDC) following the committals of crime since the filing of petition in the Supreme Court against the defendants on possible election 2012 fraud.

What will the Supreme Court do if the defendants by their evil machinations are able to dispose of some, or all possible evidences against the defendants? Will they tell me, the Son of Kumawu/Asiampa in the Ashanti region that the plaintiffs have not enough credible evidence to justify the invalidation of the election 2012 results and therefore, President Mahama remains the legitimate President?

Knowing how untrustworthy and wicked the NDC, Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan and President John Mahama are, my White legal minds counselled me on what Nana Akuffo-Addo & Co. are expected to do. I never hesitated to communicate the views to them via the electronic media (Ghanaweb.com, modernghana.com and SpyGhana.com) in an article titled, "Supreme Court to determine if Nana Akuffo-Addo is Obliged to release further details to John Mahama & Kwadwo Afari-Gyan before……..? It was published under the websites' Feature Articles of Sunday, 27 January 2013. A write-up published on same websites on Saturday, 9 February 2013 under the heading, "Supreme Court Shattering NPP's Dream by each Passing Day" also raised and emphasised some doubts in my mind.

If the Electoral Commissioner, President Mahama and the NDC are innocent and did genuinely win the elections, why are all the committed instances of crime as highlighted in my published articles? Who else would order the commitment of such crimes if it was not to serve the interest of the defendants? They are doing so in order to entrench themselves in power albeit electoral irregularities and fraud.

I am very delighted to have a team of White legal brains that shows interest in this electoral fraud case pending in the Supreme Court. They are closely monitoring the situation and do advise me when and as needed. They are not at all stupid to be able to explain and assign tangible reasons to why certain unknown persons are committing certain crimes in attempt to tamper with justice.

People can be charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice, so the capricious perpetrators of crimes should please think twice or look before they leap.

The Supreme court should have done as stated in my prophetic articles full of the Whiteman's advice. It is never too late to request the defendants to deposit copies of the pink sheets covering the entire 26,000 polling stations with the Supreme court to avoid further destruction of evidence. Anyone who intentionally or inadvertently destroy materials serving as proof in the ongoing case pending in the Supreme Court causes a criminal offence of perverting the course of justice.

What do the Supreme Court judges make of the following: 1. NPP headquarters raided by unknown policemen and laptops removed following the contestation of the presidential results 2. The office of lawyer Gloria Akuffo was. Raided by unknown persons when wind got to the public that she is a Counsel for Nana Akuffo-Addo & Co. 3. The Electoral Commission's office within the District office block in Atimpoku in the Asuogyamang district in Eastern Region was raided, and a laptop and pen drive (USB Stick) holding information on election 2012 removed 4. Four biometric verification machines stolen from Amenfi East Constituency in West Region where alleged electoral fraud has taken place 5. Savelugu in the Northern region where two Electoral Commission's staff have been apprehended for attempting to tamper with election papers (pink sheets). They are trying to get presiding officers to sign pink sheets which remain unsigned until today for what reason I cannot tell. The unsigned pink sheets cannot be accepted as genuine. Nonetheless, Dr. Afari-Gyan dubiously accepted them contrary to existing electoral rules.

I am patiently waiting for an answer. I pray the NPP faithful, discerning Ghanaians and the admirers of Rockson Adofo to have confidence that good will prevail over evil at the end of the fight. Nana Akuffo-Addo and Co. will emerge victorious. Believe ye all in God and the dream by His servant KOFI BASOAH. Remain RESOLUTE and victory shall be yours, so an unknown voice revealed to Kofi Basoah to tell to the NPP.
