    NPP NEED THE SERVICES OF CRYPTOGRAPHERS OR CYBER INVESTIGATORS TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETELY PIN DOWN EC. REASON BEING THAT ALL THE EVIDENCE ARE COOLY RESTING ON EC SERVERS. THAT WAS THE MEDIUM OF COMMUNICATION.
