Akilu, you don't make any sense here based your own statement above that the edifice is nice. That is very stupid and insulting just because the edifice is nice meant it was worth spending such humongous amount of money to bring in foreigners to construct it leaving the numerous schools under trees, what sort of stupidities and reasoning is that?
The fact is Kuffuor needed an avenue to do his stealing. But since he has spent our money already on it, it prudent for John Mahama to put it to use, after all it's was the tax payers money wrongfully invested into such needless structure at that time when numerous school children needed shelter and were sitting under trees for lessons. And here you are with such quick illogical article to defend a thief.
