unqueness is the spice of life.ln spite of the fact that Ghanaians were mentored by the British, has not in any way made them to have the accent of Brits who speak and acquire English as first language at expense of Ghanaians whose acquisition of a second language would be greatly influenced by their mother tongue like every other language learner of English. Therefore, since English is a world language with a pattern of of usage, mimicry is just the answer speaking of its standard.other varieties of usage within the country should be domesticated.
