I would like to add a third element: the lack of critical, independent journalism. Over the past two years, not one journalist inquired into the omission of Jeff Schlupp, a Ghanaian left-back in the EPL. Not once a journalist asked the coach why he has been left out. The reason - as we all know - is because of GFA politics. This must be addressed and uncovered by journalists pressing for answers when procedures are visibly not on professional merits.
