Leety impressing performace at MTN Hitmaker 3 debut

The 3rd season of MTN Hitmaker debuted on Saturday October, 2014.

The show that was filmed at the Christ the king hall was packed with fans and well-wishers of MTN and the contestants.

The judging panel which consisted of Hammer of the last two, Ofie Cudjoe and Bessa Summon, looked fabulous and slick as they executed their jobs with dexterity.

One contestant that seemed to have impressed the judge was Leety.

Leety, who has dedicated his talent to advocate the Ghettoes and Zongo communities around the nation, performed a mid-tempo blend of Highlife and pop produced at his studio in Nima.

The song seemed to have won the heart of many and the audience cheered and dance, the judges were also charmed by Leety’s song and performances, as an impressed Ofie Cudjoe stated "I see you performing this at an international [music] festival."

A speechless hammer also affirmed that he had fallen in love with Leety's talent, by saying "I loved it."

Leety's first showing on the hitmaker stage proves that he truly reflects the amount of talent hidden in the Ghettoes and Zongo community.

Nima is solidly behind Leety.
