Most Expensive Ghanaian Video Ever…Becca Breaks The Bank With Over $50,000 NO WAY Single featuring M.I

When Rebecca Acheampong shot into limelight after her disappointing feat at that year’s Mentor show, little did we know that today Ghana and the world will be celebrating a mega star who hasn’t only proven herself worthy of the accolades received but her everyday success lies in the effort to gracefully set standard(s).

Before now, under E.K.B Entertainment, Becca has churned successes with hits after hits with tunes like ‘You Lied to Me featuring Kwabena Kwabena’, ‘I love You featuring South African living legend, Hugh Masekela’, not forgetting her collaboration with UK R&B star, Keisha White.

Her current album stands as the recording breaking ground in Ghana and beyond. With beautiful collaborations with Kefee of Branama fame then with the African Queen crooner 2Face Idibia, the album is an already ‘won award’ masterpiece.

The video out of sources has it that it cost around $45,000 to $50,000 actual figure. This whooping sum distances and makes it the most expensive video ever shot by a Ghanaian musician living or dead.

'NO AWAY' was directed by Brandon Oloefosn, an award winning video director, and shot in Pretoria, South Africa by a company called Tough Sunday (which is one of the leading video film production houses in Africa). Becca as a brand who has come to understand the nature of the game got another big fish in person of Jude Abaga, an award winning Nigerian Hip hop Artist who is on top of the mark.

The video shoot was sponsored by Kasapreko Company Limited, and though tongues are wagging over the huge sum poured into a Single, the company understands the essence of having two brands in one shoot. It savors the atmosphere for the fans to appreciate out of Ghana waves.
